Pool Liner Installation. The liner is not a structural part of the pool. Its only function is to keep the water from leaking out of the pool. The water pressure is held by the pool wall and structural parts, not by the pool liner installation.

Installing Your New Inground Pool Liner
When installing your new inground pool liner there are afew steps to take:

1. Draining Your Pool.
2. Removing the Old Liner.
3. Cleaning The Track.*
4. Creating An Air Seal.
5. Removing Fittings.
6. Inspect Your Pool Wall.**
7. Preparing The Pool Base.
8. Installing The Liner.
9. Aligning Your Liner.
10. Vacuum Fitting The Liner.
11. Filling The Pool.
12. Continuation Of Filling.
13. Care And Maintenance.
14. We Want You To Be Successful.

*Cleaning The Track:
The liner track must be free of debris in order for the new liner to properly fit into it. Cleaning the track can be accomplished by clamping a small Allen key into a pair of vice grips and inspecting the track and where necessary, using the Allen key to loosen any debris frozen inside the track. Then, using a shop vacuum, suck out all debris from the track.

**Inspect Your Pool Wall:
All burrs, etc. which may protrude into the new liner should be removed from the pool wall. You can flat blade the pool wall with a steel trowel and generally knock debris loose. Bad lumps may require grinding or rubbing with a concrete block.
